The heart of CJ’S, Jo has been a CJs chef for over 10 years. She loves making Coffee and her speciality is scrambled eggs with a sprinkle of cheese. She likes to spend her spare time shopping and with her family.
The party animal of CJ’S, Tracy loves cooking and her favourite CJ’s treat is a full English breakfast, Tracey will always be in the back cooking up a storm. She loves spending her spare time dancing the night away and having a cheeky drink.
Anouksa worked in the travel industry for over 20 years and after COVID hit she became a super volunteer and donated hours along hours to CJ’S delivering care packages. Such an asset we just couldn’t let her go and Anouska soon became a part of the team. She loves making a classic cheese and ham sandwich and she absolutely loves anything Disney.
